Welcome to Goomburra Forest Retreat – A Secluded Haven in the Forest

Pristine spacious camping areas suitable for large medium and small groups either on the upper or creek side levels of the Dalrymple creek. Spectacular creekside views, including Jurrasic beach.

Sites on upper and creek levels, van owners may choose to camp on the creek side level. Sites able to be booked by telephone and email, or you can book when you arrive. Your pet is welcome but must be on a lead at all times

A new undercover area has been set up for parties or other group functions

Amenities, new modern ablutions block, with disabled/family room, unisex toilets and showers, hot and cold filtered potable water. Access keys supplied on arrival. Caravan cassette dump point for registered campers (small charge for non registered campers).

Fireplaces, some with BBQ plates and billy facilities. As we are in a high fire danger area, fires must be contained in the fire pots supplied. Firewood currently can be collected also Ironbark available for purchase

What to do, relax,bush walking on the many easy and medium category walks in the National Park

Supplies available from nearby shop (5kms), Ice is also available at nearby shop There is a supermarket in Allora, approximately 30 minutes away

Rules, Not too many, Contact owners for rules regarding noise, behaviour, generators, pets and/or council by laws, when making enquiries or bookings. Well behaved pets are most welcome and are to be kept on a lead at all times

Location (see website for map) 5kms past the shop and is the last campground before and adjoining the National Park.(follow signs) When driving on the final stretch of gravel road, you are not required to stop for any signs except Goomburra Forest Retreat.
